CRM Specialist

Your expertise will drive user activation and enhance engagement, where you’ll design seamless user journeys while working hand-in-hand with their commercial, product, and design teams.
  
Key responsibilities:

• Draft, design and code standout emails (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), with an eye for detail
• Delve and analyse performance metrics and love experimenting to refine and improve future performance
• Be user-focused, ensuring the customer is put at the heart of all decisions

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2 years experience in CRM, ideally within a data first business environment
• Proven experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL
• Enjoy working in a high performing team
• A passion for innovation and creativity
• A love for numbers and interpreting analytics to make informed decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated attitude
