Our client is known for doing things differently. With a strong reputation in global talent mobility, they partner closely with businesses to solve real workforce challenges through ethical, compliant and commercially smart mobility solutions.
They are now seeking a Head of Talent Mobility to lead and scale their mobility. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own strategy and execution across international recruitment programs, global partnerships and operational delivery, while leading a high-performing specialist team.
This role suits a commercially minded leader who enjoys building, improving and growing. You’ll balance big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership, expanding services into new markets, driving demand and ensuring programs run seamlessly end to end.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Owning the 12-month business plan, budget and growth targets for Mobility and On-Hire services
- Leading and develop the Mobility Specialist with clear accountability and high standards
- Scaling compliant, repeatable mobility and employment programs in partnership with immigration teams
- Building and managing international talent and supply partnerships
- Designing tailored workforce solutions to meet client demand and address skills shortages
- Driving client acquisition, demand generation and market presence
- Representing the business with clients, partners and at industry events
What we’re looking for
- 5 years of proven experience in international recruitment, talent mobility or immigration services
- Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering growth plans
- Deep understanding of global labour markets, compliance and mobility models
- A confident, practical leader who gets things done
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
