Customer Service Officer

- Salary $70-80K plus Super (based on skills/experience)

Key responsibilities:
- Taking and entering orders from customers and Sales Representatives
- Responding to general enquiries/complaints from consumers and clients
- Sending out price lists, credit applications and catalogues as required
- Advising customer proof of deliveries and ETA’s for their orders
- Supplying product and order information to customers
- Organising credits for incorrect invoices/short shipping etc
- Raising return authorities and credits for customers
- Liaising with the 3PL partner to advise stock returns, short shipments etc
- Liaising with the Product Development team on faulty items when required
- Processing of all majors account orders into Pronto and ensure orders are processed at the warehouse by the required dates
- General reporting where required on eg sales reports, indents, back orders and sales promotions etc
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience within wholesale sales customer service
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP, essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and follow through skills
- Team player mindset
