CRM Executive

Our client is a well-established, highly successful online retailer across multiple categories from apparel through to home decor both in Australia and New Zealand
This is a hands-on, fully office-based role for someone who understands that CRM is not just about sending campaigns. It is about driving revenue, improving customer lifetime value and creating meaningful, personalised customer journeys across email, SMS and push.
You will join a collaborative marketing team and play a key role in shaping and executing the CRM and digital roadmap, ensuring campaigns are well targeted, well tested and commercially impactful.
The opportunity:
You will take ownership of campaign execution across the CRM ecosystem. This role will suit someone who enjoys being both strategic and operational. You will contribute ideas to improve segmentation and lifecycle strategy, while also rolling up your sleeves to build, test and deploy campaigns with precision.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push
• Manage segmentation, personalisation and customer lifecycle initiatives
• Build, test and deploy automated journeys and lead nurture programs
• Run A/B and multivariate testing to optimise performance
• Analyse campaign data and provide clear recommendations for improvement
• Maintain strong data integrity and ensure compliance across all communications
• Contribute to ongoing marketing automation enhancements and system improvements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop creative briefs and align on objectives
To be successful within this role you will have:
• At least 3 years’ experience in a CRM within retail or a customer-focused environment
• Hands-on experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms, ideally Braze
• Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting data and identifying optimisation opportunities
• Solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and lifecycle marketing
• Experience executing campaigns end-to-end in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to take ownership
