Customer and Partnership Coordinator

Our client is a well respected retailer/ecommerce business that operates within a niche industry sector and will suit someone that is an allrounder and thrives in customer service, liaise with their partners and has a knack for keeping operations running smoothly, in a small team environment. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries across email, socials and phone
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions and keep customers updated
  • Handle order updates, refunds, shipping delays and courier follow-ups
  • Reach out to like-minded brands in the sector for collabs
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Coordinate agreements, product shipments and ongoing partner communication
  • Support corporate clients and warehouse teams with replacements, returns and ad hoc requests
  • Prepare packing briefs and oversee delivery schedules
  • Assist with reporting and general admin tasks

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer support, partnerships or Ecommerce
  • A clear and confident communicator with problem-solving ability
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Interest in a purpose-driven business
  • Experience Gorgias and Shopify desirable, but not essential
