Ecommerce Coordinator – Temp

- Full-time, 3- 6-month temporary role – immediate start
- $38-40 per hour plus Super
- Based in Surry Hills
Our client is an Australian highly regarded beauty brand, with a huge social media following and are seeking a temp for approximately 3 months.
This is your opportunity to support the Ecommerce team, ensuring they have a best in class website and executive the ecommerce experience and drive sales growth across their product range!
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage promotions and product launches in line with the marketing calendar and digital initiatives
- Managing all site content including homepage, product descriptions, images and collections
- Monitor and quality control the site daily to identify potential issues and ensure the highest standard of customer experience is delivered at all times
- Working closely with the front-end developer on new website features, being responsible for testing and QA supporting technical implementation of website updates and deployments
- Ownership of on-site search and merchandising, driving cross/up-sell to increase conversion rate and AOV
- Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager on CRO, website testing and personalisation
- Managing the personalisation platform and working closely with the Ecommerce Manager on the personalisation strategy
- Manage scheduling of weekly email and SMS campaigns
- Working closely with Ecommerce Manager and Marketing team on CRM and loyalty strategy
- Assess the effectiveness of email flows, including Abandon Carts, Win Backs and Welcome emails via Klaviyo
- Provide monthly ecommerce and post-campaign reports with focus on website performance, including traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, loyalty and revenue
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 2-3 years of ecommerce experience in a retail environment
- Ideally experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
- Ability to work independently and, as part of a cohesive team
- Previous experience with beauty or fashion is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a wider team
- A strong background in event coordination and management is ideal
