Position Description:

The Growth Marketing Manager will be a dynamic and driven individual who will help to maximise the impact of their marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will drive growth and enhance the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and scale full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Audio and Display
  • Create and refine referral, content, and product-led growth loops that generate new customers without extra ad spend
  • Collaborate with finance to forecast marketing impact on growth KPIs, ensuring media investments scale within target unit economics (LTV:CAC, contribution margin)
  • Identify high-value audience segments and create tailored creative that aligns with how they enter the category, adapting messaging to fit each channel
  • Ship weekly A/B and incrementality tests to better understand our customer segments and help uncover algorithm changes
  • Own the attribution framework (e.g., first-click, last-click, data-driven) to better assess channel effectiveness and guide budget allocation.
  • Build prompt libraries and modular asset workflows that 10x ad-production speed while lowering cost per ad
  • Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting dashboards that surface narrative insights, spotlight variance versus targets and recommend next actions
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle, SEO, Product, and Design teams to ensure customers experience a coherent story from first click to repeat purchase
  • Monitor social trends, privacy changes, and competitor moves, then rapidly pivot tactics to keep the company unmissable and efficient

To be successful within this role, you will have:

  • 6 years of experience in building and scaling growth systems in a competitive industry (such as fintech or DTC)
  • Demonstrated experience owning and executing high impact paid & organic media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display and Audio
  • Experience building growth loops (product-led, content, referral) that unlock compounding customer acquisition beyond paid media.
  • Subject matter expert regarding best-in-class creative, segmentation and bidding strategies, regardless of platform
  • Proficiency using contribution-margin and marginal-cost analysis to drive optimal budget usage and incremental profit
  • Experience briefing and managing creative teams to develop and refine ideas into high-performing ad creatives
  • Proficiency designing, building and automating reporting processes with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau and GA4
  • Competency with incrementality testing, attribution modelling & full-funnel measurement
