Product Manager
- Successful activewear brand, over 50 stores

The Company:
Our client is a leading activewear retailer with both brick and mortar and a strong Ecommerce presence, that is passionate about bringing on-trend and value-focused product ranges to their customer.
The Product Manager will help deliver on trend, technical product and rangers for the customer by designing and developing products with a commercial focus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct global and local market research across trends, fabrics, fit and silhouette
- Own competitor analysis and trends for categories
- Own the product lifecycle: concept, sketching designs including technical sketches, fit and execution
- Collaborate closely with product team to shape cohesive on brand ranges in accordance with budgets, trends, and market research
- Assist Head of Product with trend presentations and seasonal concepts
- Partner with Production team to manage all phases of the product lifecycle, sign off and approve all submissions and fits
- Work with planning team to develop and execute category strategy
- Lead product benchmarking, pricing strategy, and competitor analysis
- Spot Trends and analyse sales data and market trends
- Drive the performance of product categories with weekly best sellers and trade analysis
To be successful within the role, you will ideally have:
- 5 years design experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in activewear
- Strong creative eye with a passion for product and emerging trends
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and creative suite, expert in 2D digital sketching and technical sketches, product development and strong activewear technical understanding
- Commercial success having worked for an Australian or International fashion brand or retailer
