As Senior Planner, reporting to the CFO, you’ll partner closely with Buying, Marketing, Ecommerce and Finance to turn strategy into numbers that drive growth. With major transformation already delivered across Marketing and Buying, Planning is the final lever to unlock sustainable, long-term performance.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping range, trading and inventory decisions for a digitally led women’s fashion brand in strong growth mode. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves pace, complexity and using data to influence real outcomes.

What you’ll be accountable for

  • Owning end-to-end merchandise planning to deliver sales, margin and stock targets
  • Partnering with Buying to shape seasonal ranges using data-led insights
  • Forecasting demand and sales trends, adjusting in real time as trading conditions change
  • Tracking weekly performance to identify risks, opportunities and trade actions
  • Building promotional and markdown strategies that balance revenue, margin and stock health
  • Leading OTB and WSSI planning in line with financial objectives
  • Working closely with the CFO to align financial and trading strategies
  • Managing inventory flow to ensure optimal online stock availability
  • Producing clear analysis and reporting to influence trading decisions
  • Leveraging planning systems, data and AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Coaching and developing planners, building depth and capability within the team

What you’ll bring

  • 5 years’ experience in a Merchandise Planning role, ideally within women’s fashion and Ecommerce
  • Strong command of sales, margin, inventory and demand planning
  • Experience managing large SKU counts in fast weekly trade cycles
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning systems
  • A commercial, analytical mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour in a digital retail environment
  • Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business
