Client Experience Advisor

• 12 month contract with possible extension
• Salary $86K Super, Not For Profit salary packaging, 5 Weeks leave and 12 annual days off per annum
• Eastern Suburbs location, full-time or school hours (5 days a week)

Our client is an Eastern Suburbs Aged Care organisation on a growth journey with a tight knit, dynamic, support and collaborative team.

This Client Experience Advisor role is initially a 12-month contract with a possibility to extend and will suit a Customer Service/Account Manager or Sales Coordinator with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience within an aged care environment.
  
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact ensuring a smooth delivery of services and communications throughout the client journey. You will also thrive on relationship building, project coordination and have the ability to communicate confidently and empathetically with clients, families and colleagues.
  
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, programs or business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Your own vehicle as you will need to work from multiple sites as required
• Experience in sales coordination, client administration, customer account management or similar customer-focused roles
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder engagement experience
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and documentation accuracy
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or a similarly regulated environment will be highly regarded
